the check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful with directions to local attractions. i found the indoor pool clean and well kept, perfect for a relaxing swim. i appreciated the sunny patio for enjoying a pre-dinner drink and soaking up the afternoon sun. the hotel provided professional entertainment including comedy and singers after the bingo and quiz.
i noticed the room could have benefited from a small refrigerator to keep drinks and snacks cool.

the managers and reception staff were pleasant and friendly throughout my stay. the staff worked very hard to ensure all guests were looked after. efficient waitresses served delicious meals with pleasant smiles.

my double room was super clean and comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing stay. a walk-in shower was available in the bathroom. the room was warm and spacious.

the restaurant offered plenty of choice with good portions served hot. breakfast provided many variations of a 'full english'. the meals were delicious and the menus had plenty of options.
